1. Please confirm whether the appearance of the gear motor is damaged before use. Is there any oil leakage?
2. Please confirm the voltage of the gear motor first. A voltage regulator can be installed when the voltage is unstable.
3, please first confirm the purchase of gear motor specifications and design specifications are consistent?
4. Please confirm the fixed frame to avoid loose transmission during operation.
5, if the use of sprockets, pulley, coupling...... And other accessories, need to be installed in accordance with the relevant regulations.
6, the motor body has been placed in the lubricating butter, 12,000 hours without replacement of lubricating oil.
7. When the gear motor is driven, the rated current shall not exceed the current value marked on the motor nameplate.
8, please pay attention to the surrounding temperature, humidity, pH and other issues.
9, adapt to the environment of -10 degrees ~ +40 degrees, humidity below 90%, indoor altitude below 1000 meters.
10. If it is not installed, maintained or operated in the correct way, it may cause serious injury to the gear motor.
11, maintenance or disassembly need to confirm that the external power completely broken from the gear motor.
12, the safety protection device needs to be installed to ensure the safety of operation.
13. The motor requires a ground cable. Please refer to the power distribution regulations.
14. Please confirm that all the installation parts and transmission accessories are fixed correctly before starting the deceleration motor.
15, if the reducer motor with the frequency converter at low speed transmission, need to install an independent auxiliary cooling fan.
16. Some charge remains in the capacitor after the single-phase gear motor is powered off. Please discharge or ground the terminal first.
17, when the motor is installed vertically, please inform the manufacturer.
